Sponsorship Policies



SPONSORSHIP POLICIES


Registration eligibility policy – You/your company must have received an invitation to this exclusive event. Registration outside of the normal registration process will be approved by DesTechAZ only. You will be required to show your registration confirmation when  you check in for the event. Only those that purchase a sponsorship, individual tickets or were invited as a special guest, will be allowed into the VIP reception. All VIP reception guests will need to show their VIP ticket at the reception entrance. ENTRANCE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHOUT A TICKET. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment policy – Sponsorship/registration forms should be submitted at the same time as payment. Forms received without payment will have 14 days to submit payment. Registration will be cancelled after 14 days with no payment.

Cancellation/Refund policy – There will be no cancellation or refunds provided for this event.


Substitution/transfer policy – A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to mrivera@wozufoundation.org. Deadline for transfers is the same day as the last day to register. We will NOT be accepting transfer/substitutions on the day of the event.

Ineligible registrations – All registrations are reviewed by DesTechAZ to make sure they meet eligibility policies. (See registration eligibility policy above).

 


DesTechAZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time.

DesTechAZ reserves the right to limit or deny access to the event, to any entity/person at any time.
